With increasing pressure to transform organisations, benefits specialists are now key players in broader HR strategies. The REBA/Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing Design Research 2024 reveals that despite efforts to streamline, employers are planning significant initiatives focusing on communication, financial and mental wellbeing, and strategic technology transformation. Measuring effectiveness will be key to securing future investment through 2025.

As we look ahead, employers are poised to review, reallocate, and adjust their benefits to meet evolving needs. Even in a challenging economic environment, 91% of respondents plan to increase spending in at least one key area, underscoring the critical importance of benefits.
